1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site or our services.

2. Services & "As-Is" Disclaimer ClientsClick provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, advertising, and social media management. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific financial results or growth metrics. The user assumes all risk regarding the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

3. Payment & Subscription Service fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payment is required in advance to maintain active account status. Failure to process payment will result in immediate suspension of services.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy All sales are final. ClientsClick maintains a strict No-Refund Policy for any matter or reason whatsoever. Refunds are only considered at the sole and absolute discretion of the company following a formal consultation with an authorized representative and subsequent official validation.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property All original content, logos, designs, and proprietary systems on this site are the exclusive legal property of Jose Tejeda. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability (The "Shield" Clause) To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, ClientsClick, its owners (Jose Tejeda), and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, business interruption, or reputation damage resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the one month of service prior to the claim.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or dispute arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class-action lawsuit.

8. Cancellations You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, a written cancellation request must be sent via email to clientsclickk@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to your renewal date.
